I am having trouble while breathing

I am wheezing when i breathe i just got over a cold but when i breathe it doesnt hurt but it feels restricted alot and it takes work to breathe what can i do to help this no asthma ever i am a smoker 21 years old dont smoke often i think i might have bhronchitus someone just help me out

There would be constriction of your airways and such narrowing causes the wheeze, like whistling. For this you wll need to make it relaxed a bit. There are medications in the form of sprays, which are very useful for the same. Nicotine in cigarette worsens the condition. Hence avoid on that.
