Sounds more like a referred pain. You need to adjust your driving seat and possibly use a small kind of lumbar cushion that supports your lower back. Adjust your seat in a way the back rest is about 100-110deg , pull the seat closer to the steering in a way, your knee is bent upto 15-20 degree. Do some back stretches and stretches for your lower limb you should be fine.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
it may be lack of physical exercise,
Due to constant sitting muscles become stiff and give you pain.
But certain conditions you may get this type of pain.
if you have vericose vein or some impaired circulation in the legs may cause this type of pain, but this may be on one side.
Do regular exercise like running, swimming etc.
Ok and bye.
