I am 21 year old female aboout 185 lbs and 5`4ft i am having light cramping and over bloated feeling in the top of my stomach i cant sleep at night and thats when i feel bloated and hurt the most and i am urinating frequently i am having vivid dreams

Take light diet at night,early in the late evening,
Avoid junk food in the evening,
Do some active exercise during day time.
Take some antacid if require.
For more urinating during night time go for urine check up to rule out infection.
