General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,thanks for query. This could be some muscular pain and may due to some faulty posture at work or home.Try to apply some analgesic for pain over the area. You can also take analgesic tablets that suits you .If this does not help and pain is continuous than visit your doctor for further examination and investigation.bye.

Good Day
The symptoms you are describing appear to be a possible Acid Peptic Disease. Do you ahve any nausea and vomiting. I suggest you visit your Doctor and confirm. Do not take any medication without the prior advice of your Doctor.

Psychiatrist Dr. Prof. Jagadeesan's  Response
If this is troubling you for a long time get Basic tests done by a physician, like ECG, ECHO, Chest X ray, and relevant blood investigations, endoscopy if required and if all these are not suggestive of primary physical problem, your symptoms can be secondary to stress, anxiety or related conditions which requires psychiatrist opinion.....good luck
