I Am A Fundamentally Healthy 49 Y Old Female, Caucasian,

I am a fundamentally healthy 49 y old female, caucasian, with seemingly sudden weight gain (20 pounds in a year), fatigue, and low white blood count (3.0). No recent flu or illness, no fevers. BP 120/70. Just really tired, and feel like constantly battle low grade sore throat/cold, but nothing ever serious enough to medicate. Occasional Advil. Mother has CLL, now recovered from chemotherapy, and all females in maternal line have hypothyroidism (though my thyroid levels are low-normal). Am just wondering why I might have low WBC, all other things being normal. (naturopath who ordered bloodwork said not to worry, take B vitamins)
