I Am A 66 Yo Male, 7 Months Post-op A

I am a 66 yo male, 7 months post-op a total replacement of the Left knee. The Conformis prosthesis was used. I continue to have pain and discomfort and difficulty transitioning from sitting to standing., disturbed sleep. I am walking, with some discomfort (occasional pain in the knee). Is this to be expected? My last flexion measurement was 125 degrees. The surgeon says it will be a year, possibly two years before full recovery. Should I get a 2nd opinion, a look from another surgeon? Thank you
