I am a 23 year old male. I have not had a regular doctor in a few years. If you saw me walking down the street you would think I look fine. I have a perpetually worsening knee condition and I would like to get a handicap parking permit. If I walk a little faster, with an additional spring in my step, my knee may or not may give out. How can I find a doctor to ask to give me their signature? I am afraid that they will look at me and tell me to leave. I do not want any other help with my knee. I have been told there's nothing that can really be done besides an arthroscopy, which may or may not help.
