You need 30-40 minutes of brisk exercise on most days of the week. Cut out fatty foods. Limit red meat. Limit highly processed foods and grains. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Fish, skinless chicken is good. Fried foods are a no-no. One daily alcoholic drink can also help, especially red wine.
