I am 65 years old and am a diabetic for the last 25 years. I do not feel tired and am active. I take food 3 times a day with rice 3 to 4 spoon in the afternoon only. take a lot of fruit and vegetables with lot of liquid in the day and in the evening. I go to urinate 2 to 3 times in the night. I have no problem of going for stools or urine, my 3 month suger is now 8 which was 11 yearlier. I take docters presciption of diabetic medicines regularly and take a shot of 12 units insulin only in the evening. I find my sugar levels around 180 to 220 fasting sugar and 230 to 240 after breakfast. I walk for 5days a week daily for 60 mts to 75 minutes. My sugar levels are not coming down. I eat only home food which is very healthy. can you help me to reduce my sugar levely. I do mediation for more than i hour daily. I take the following medicine daily.


1 Gluconorm-G2 1-0-1 Before foodmet
2. Glycomet SR 500 1-0-1 After food
Amaryl 2mg 0-0-1 before dinner
Razo 20 mg 0-0-1 After dinner
Maxepa 0-0-1 after dinner

Novo mix 12 units befor dinner
Tonact TG 0-0-1 after food
I have no heart problem, No BP ,Colostrol & Triglisirides all under control . I am slowing getting some problem of nerve weakness in the foot and hand for which I take Renerve 1-0-0 after food and also using kerala ayurvedic oils Pinna tilam, Kottanchukadi, Narayanaya tilam for massage. Also I take Amala Juice, Carrot, Aswaganda in Hot milk,Garlic and other spices recomended for general health. Is there any suggestion for keeping my morning blood suger low. I do not take suger in my diet. Please advice.
