i havent had my period in going on 4 months now and the blood test say im not preganant but im having pregnancy symptoms

If you are not having regular periods, then you do face certain discomfort feelings which can make you feel of a possible pregnancy. It is common for many women to feel heavy if they have not had their period. You should report to a gynecologist to see if there is any hormonal or organ problem which is delaying your periods.
