Thanks for query,
This is common during pregnancy and you feel all these as this is your first experience.
You can have more milk, take little amount but more times, you can take with breakfast, can take as fruit juice, with food at night, you can take with protein powder or with bournvita.
You can use stairs frequently during this time.It will be good exercise too.But be careful while climbing stairs.
Ok and bye.

General & Family Physician Dr. Arun Kumar's  Response
Hi Faree.

Thanks for posting your query.

I understand your concern.

As uterus grows pain in the lower abdomen is common. There is no need to worry about it.For your diet I would suggest you to take food with more protein like soyabeen etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Eggs, fish and meat if you prefer. Antacids like Rantac can be useful but please don't abuse. Using stairs 2to3 times a day is good continue.

Hope i have answered your query.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
