I Am 22 Weeks Pregnant And Feeling Pain In My Utrus And Lower Body. What I Have To Do?

i am 22 weeks pregnant and feeling pain in my utrus and lower body specialy at night when i changed my sides. i also want to know about my diet because four the last 4 weeks i have only gain 1kg. my doctor sujjest me to take 1 littler milk daily but with milk my stomach is upset and i have loose motions,so how can i get it?. I cant lay down proporly i am feeling my beely too big and its is also thight and having gastric problem too. I also want to know at this stage to use stairs 2 to 3 times daily is safe or not? please help me i am very much concern its my first baby what i have to do?

Thanks for query,
This is common during pregnancy and you feel all these as this is your first experience.
You can have more milk,take little amount but more times, you can take with breakfast,can take as fruit juice,with food at night,you can take with protein powder or with bournvita.
You can use stairs frequently during this time.It will be good exercise too.But be careful while climbing stairs.

I understand your concern.

As uterus grows pain in the lower abdomen is common. There is no need to worry about it.For your diet I would suggest you to take food with more protein like soyabeen etc. Take more green leafy vegetables. Eggs, fish and meat if you prefer. Antacids like Rantac can be useful but please don't abuse. Using stairs 2to3 times a day is good continue.
