Hysterectomy Done, Cannot Go Back To Work As FMLA Regulation After Surgery
I went to the Dr today for my 6 week check up after hysterectomy she released me to go back to work part time with weight limit of 15 lbs. My work refused to let me go back till I can go back they said it is FMLA regulation after surgery can't go back with restrictions. Im a nurse at a long term care facility is this normal?
