Huge Swelling In Upper Hand, Body Weak, Stomach Syndrom. Treatment?

I am sixty years old female, married. For the last several months, there is huge swelling at the upper portion of my hand(down the shoulder ). I feel very weak and have irritant stomach syndrom (motion 7-8 times a day). am taking Calcium injections as ADVISAED BY THE FAMILY DOCTOR. Can you please advise any treatment for relief?

Any numbness in upper limb should be reported.
- Any pain in back of neck?
- Take Tab. Phlogem TDS
-Take Tab Lyser D 1 BD
- Check for any intestinal infection for iritable bowl
