How Will I Come To Know If I Am Pregnant Or Not?

My fiance and I are planning on having a baby and I was just concerned because we have been trying every night. So this morning we tried again and a few hours later I started my menstrual. How do I know if I'm pregnant because I feel like I'm burning up and my stomach hurts and the most part is that I haven't had morning sickness yet. So how do I know I am or not?

Hi.This may be your normal menstrual cycle. It is not necessary that if you are having regular intercourse, conception will definitely occur. If no days are overdue then this is not pregnancy. If bleeding is not proper and occuring few days after your cycle date then you may get one scan done to confirm the changes. Otherwise, take a trial on your ovulation days.
