Hi and welcome to health care magic.

You seem to be having either a bacterial infection or warts.

Bacterial infection seems to be more likely from the description. I understand the pain and the agony you must be experiencing.

It is best to see a doctor and get tested for infection as antibiotics may then be used if needed.

Until then first treatment is to keep the area dry and clean. for this you must wash it with warm water containing a few drops of antiseptic lotion like savlon atleast twice daily. Pat it dry immediately. Apply mupirocin ointment morning and evening and neosporin powder at night. Change undergarments twice daily and wash them with hot water. If possible keep the area open to air at night to help in speedy recovery. Hot fomentation also helps in early recovery.

If the infection is mild it will go away with this if it does not respond, you will need systemic antibiotics under supervision of a doctor.

Hope this was helpful. Get well soon.
