How To Treat Water Blister And Pain Post Circumcision?
Hi i have been circumcised 6 days ago and have been recovering ever since. Followed all the cleaning instructions and 3 days back started developping what i assume to be a water blister just under the gland (head). Also, the frenulum was cut and now i get a burning sensation when i touch that very specific area. Only there, does it burn. Nowhere else, including the blister, do i get pain with touch nor any pain while urinating. I consulted an urologist which suggested that it is possibly an allergic reaction to the medication i was taking ( was using a perscribed oftalmic cream, a desinfectant (betadine) and a pain med.

You have developed blister and pain on under surface of glans penis post surgery of circumcision .
It is normal and natural to have this because of tissue reaction to the suture material being used to stitch the cut edges of skin.
This will go away once the suture material gets absorbed .
Take antibiotic like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporine for local application over operated area.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water and Betadine once daily .
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
