How To Treat Vomiting Usually After Sports Activities?

Im 12 years old 58 and 3/4 inches and 106.7 pounds. When i get overtired, i throw up. Like all summer i did everything even traveled to wisconsin, concerts, swimming, then one night, i threw up alll night. When i did cheerleading, i would throw up. im scared because im going to a volleyball camp and we work really hard and stay the night there. its not like anyone can get me its 45 minutes away and 400 dollars. What do i do? Any things i can take?
