Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My right leg stated bleeding from a spot 2 weeks ago. It stopped. Then last week it started gushing blood from the same spot. The ER caterized it with a chemical. It is healing. But my leg is really swollen now and other dark spots appear to be showing up on my leg now too and I a afraid they might start bleeding too. My leg is heavy and stiff and painful. They said I have Vericose veins. Is there anything I can do to relieve the pressure or pain? I take Prilosec daily and I have psoriasis. I used to take lisinopril daily but stopped a month or two ago as I ran out and am out of state. My blood pressure was good the walk in clinic told me before I went to the ER.
