hey. ive only ever had sex once (I used a condom) and I got a uti afterwards. I recently bought a vibrator and put a condom on it and masturbated with it. I was kind of rough when I did it. when I pulled it out I noticed blood on the very tip of it (part furtherest in my vagina) and I was bleeding too. I went to the toilet and there was a significant amount of blood. I've been dotting blood on my undies for 2 days now and I have really bad symptoms of a uti (constant small urination, feel the need to pee all the time, burning/stinging sensation when I do pee, intense pain down there) please help me

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Based on your symptoms it is clear that you got injured and dont worry it will get normal in days but if you have this problem for long time and the bleeding is heavy then you need to take tranexemic acid to control bleeding. About uti I suggest you to take ciprofloxacin tablets for atleast 3 days. Thank you.
