How To Treat Urethral And Testes Pain?

i have utetheral pain started the next day i had one small oral sex incident , i have taken levofloxacin and also pain above my testes more on the right side since last week , my urine dr shows lekocytes 2/hbf , rest of the things are all normal including cbc

Thanks for your query.
noted your history of oral sex and development of urethral pain.
The cause is obvious, this is due to urethritis due to oral sex.
I would advise you the following;
Send the urine for culture and sensitivity and get the medicines as per the reports to get a cure.
You need to consult an Urologist to get a proper investigations including urethroscopy if need be.
Get a proper long term treatment.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.
