General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
As you mentioned that you are suffering from last one year.
In query there is typhoid fever with phlegm , high bilirubin level with blurred vision and shaky hands .
Blurred vision and shaky hands may be due to side effect of general weakness cause by these fever and phlegm .
As you mentioned that hepatitis is negative.
So your history of illness is very ambiguous and it is very difficult to establish diagnosis .
But these symptoms may be due to these reasons , these includes.
1 Tuberculosis , please get in blood for C B C, E S R ( IF VERY HIGH chronic infection sure, may be tuberculosis ) , sputum for A F B and chest X ray.
2 Typhoid fever , diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test as well serology test.
3 Tumor in liver or cirrhosis . Get in ultrasound of abdomen and M R I of liver .
Hope this information will help you.
Good luck.
