Hello I have had tinnitus since September of last year after attending an hour and a half long rock concert without ear plugs. It was my first rock concert I have ever attended and had ringing in my ears for five days until it disappeared.
It suddenly came back mid October but was very soft...until I had a school Pep-rally for an upcoming football game which had made it worst.
I consulted a ENT doctor who prescirbed a low dose steroid which helped mildly but now it is January and my ears are still ringing. While it has gotten better the ringing is still there...
I am still young and I would hate to have to live with this for my entire life
