Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi Priyanka,
Good day.
5Ft2 inches is 155 cm. Your weight is 64 kg. You are approximately 8-10 kilo in excess of weight. Hypothyroidism do not cause so much weight gain ( contrary to popular belief). You must meet a dietician and analyze your diet.
Keep a food diary and write down all the food you take in a day including water and snacks/busicuits/sweets etc for a week and see what all you can avoid.
Meet a dietician

Binu
