Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Mass at inguinal region may be due to hydrocele or recurrence of the hernia. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen and local examination. Then consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
