How To Treat Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck And Groin?

My daughter always gets swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin and we just realized in gets worse after alcohol consumption. Is there a link? She is on antibiotic at least 6 times a year for this, and that is when she sees our fam physician. She is under lots of stress, college student, father recently passed away, in April had acute myocarditis and in hospital. Mom (me) had cancer and the list goes on. Just need to know what tests should be recommended , could it be a type of cancer? She also had acute case of mono when she was in high school. I do have a hippa release form if needed to discuss. Our md says it's a bacterial infection and her immune system is low. but I am and so is she worrying it could be something worse. Looking for suggestions and directions of next step. Ps. Throat is always so bad she can barely swallow.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern the underlying cause would be important if this is due to the frequent infection then it has to be treated accordingly, but ideally it should not happened all the time if this is the situation then the immune system need to be increased, and for that regular exercise, healthy diet, is the best way, hope this information helps you have a nice day.
