How To Treat Swollen Knee Caused Due To Internal Bleeding?

Hi Dr...two months back I have kicked a cement bag with my right leg...with in 30 mins....my knee got swelling and the swelling increased to the next day evening and more pain...when I have consulted orthopedic DR...x-ray shown no fracture he said there is internal bleeding and took that blood with the help of injections....then then I was unable to fold my leg. After he removed the blood it is quite okey...and they knee support bandage for few weeks for rest

The trauma may have damaged soft tissue and is also appeared to have caused rupture of blood vessels in the area.

Rest is important but at some point (if doctor permits), you need to start exercising and moving the knee.
You may want to consider consulting a physiotherapist to find out the best regimen for you.
