Hello, Swelling in both feet in a longstanding diabetic gives the suspicion of heart failure. You must consult your physician or a cardiologist for proper cardiac evaluation. Uncontrolled hypertension can also cause swelling in the feet. Other reasons could be involvement of kidney or liver problem. Get yourself examined and investigated properly. Thanks.
