How To Treat Sunburn On The Back Of Legs And Swollen Ankles?

I recently worked at music festival where I was on my feet for 14 hrs a day. I have a severe sunburn on the back of my legs and my ankles are swollen. Can I try oatmeal baths, aloe, and keeping my feet elevated or do I need to see a doctor? I m out of town and would need to go to a clinic.

Hello,

Keep your feet elevated when possible, massage with yogurt or buttermilk before 15 min of bath.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
