I had a sinus headache in the lower back of my head. I get them when barometric pressure drops when storms come through. But this one won t go away and the back of the neck at the nape feels swollen. Could it be a sinus infection or is this something else.
Sinus headache is usually frontal in location.
Posterior headache and neck pain may be due to migraine or tension type headache. Get examined by a Neurologist.
