What Causes Sinus Headache And Weird Sensation In Nostril?
I ve had an sinus headache for awhile now, but for about a week now I don t have them anymore. Although, after my sinus headache went away I ve been having this weird sensation in one of my nostrils and I don t know what it is? It comes and goes often everyday now.

While we cannot diagnose people here, there are many reasons for nostril "sensations" along with sinus problems. Sometimes people can also develop nasal polyps over time, but if these symptoms persist and especially if they only occur on one side, it is best to see an Ear Nose and Throat specialist so they can visually inspect and tell you exactly what is going on.
