I had a bad fall a month ago. I scraped up my needs and had a bruise on my shin and it hurt when walking (particularly up and down stairs.) A month later, I can walk and workout find. But if I kneel on it or hit it on something the pain is excruciating and there's a bump (about the size of a dime) under the skin
