How To Treat Severe Pain And Chronic Constipation?

sir My name is Gururaj, aged 32, have been suffering from gastrities since the past eight years. I underwent endoscopy nearly four times. First time i was diagnosed with erosive gastritis. Cap PAN-D was administered for two months. I was on medication when the symtoms relapse. Recently. I was diagnosed with reflux esophagatis along with erosive gastritis. Pansio-DSR, Cintodac and other pantoprozale tables were given. unfortunately. I am symptomless while on medication. but it relapse once i stop taking medicines. eight months ago, i was daignised withe moderate colonic fecal statis. I am suffering from chronic constipation and severe pain on the lower abdomen right side. what r the remedies for all these problems? and what should i do to regain the health and to stay healthy?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Recurrent gastritis can be due to stress and anxiety or eating and sleeping wrong habits.
Fecal stasis in the colon giving pain on the right lower abdomen can be relieved with proper laxative and diet changes to the ones that help proper stool formation and evacuation like the ones with high fiber contents, green leafy vegetable and so on.
If needed enema once in a while helps relieve hard fecoliths that may form in such a condition.
Further investigations of colonoscopy and review Upper GI Endoscopy may be required.
