How To Treat Red Patches And Tears On The Foreskin?

Hi I am using Betnovate for a skin condition on my penis. The condition seems to be much worse as not only have I got tears on my foreskin I have red patches on the Glans. I have been to the GUM clinic and they have said that it may not get better and I may have to live with it. I am at my wits end.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your foreskin seems to be associated with an inflammation of the glans as well. You must get your blood sugar tested, as this is common in diabetics.
Maintain good penile hygiene. keep the area moisture free.
If the Betnovate isn't helping, stop its' use.
After the red patches on the glans subside with a course of antibiotic, you must consider a circumcision.
