How To Treat Recurrent Typhoid?
sir i was suffering from typhoid from last two months means from july. after taking antibiotics for 14 days i felt better. then after one week once again i got fever. again i took antibiotics for 5 days. then i felt better for some days. from last friday evening i;m getting fever. please suggest me what to do now.

Noted you have recurrent typhoid...
The bacilli can survive in gall bladder and lead Carrier....
Here your blood and stool culture can be done....
According yo sensitivity antibiotic given..
If ciprofloxacin group not working well then cefixime might needed.
In severe case I.v ceftriaxone useful in killing bacteria....
Along with drug maintain approx.2800 calories per day....
Fruit juice more.
Milk, egegg white ,mashed potato , boiled chicken , banana can given.
Fried and fatty food less.....
Consult physician with discussing all this to him also.
