Hello sir, \ This is a question regarding my face , i am usually having small pimples or acnes consistently all over the face, i had done so many face application but not effective. Even applied antibiotics on it but not result. Also i had dandruf and sebum production in hair.
Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial skin disease. Genetic tendency, seborrhoea, dandruff, stress, sun exposure, oily food, sleeplessness, drugs like steroids, hormonal disturbances..etc can stimulate or exacerbate the acne lesions. Cap minocycline 50 mg daily morning and cap isotretinoin 5 mg at night for few months may be taken to have good result. And apply clindamycine gel at night. Cleanse the face with cetaphil lotion twice a day. Avoid factors as suggested. You may feel better after few months. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
