How To Treat Painful Diarrhoea?

For the last 12 hours I have had diarrhea. The pain I have been experiencing is in the lower area of my abdomen. My explosive diarrhea now as a dark pink color with some blood. I ate a cup of yogurt earlier today but nothing else. I have used pepto Bismol and a generic Imotrol. Please help.

It may be due to some food infection......AcuteGastroEnteritis.... take tablet...T.norflox-TZ twice daily & t.pan 40mg twice daily for 4days...along with sporolac sachets thrice daily.......
