How To Treat Pain/burning In Abdominal Area And Frequent Bowel Movement?
For a few days I have been experiencing a lot of abdominal pain, like a burning feeling all around my abdomen. I have been having frequent bowel movements of grainy stools which have been like pellets. Is there anything I can take or do to solve this?

Looking to the history given here it could be an intestinal infection or bacterial infection or it could be protozoa so such condition can be managed with Ofloxacin with Tinidazole tablet and for the pain tablet Dicyclomine can be tried.
