Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, these kind of pan and pressure are common after lower abdominal surgeries. They are due to nerve handling and healing process. Usual time for recovery is 3-4 months. So in my opinion, you should wait for 4 weeks more. Eat high fiber diet. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. You can take Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine combination for nerve pain. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
