How To Treat Neck And Chest Tightness?

I woke up extremely tired barely able to get off couch, all day have felt like flu. But know that's not it I had such severe dizziness today and now I have tightening in neck and chest. I'm concerned but do not want to have to get my young child up and have my husband take and it be nothing

You can have.....
/viral infection -if congestive symptom present
/muscle stiffness
/ muscular pain

For dizziness sugar level checked and blood pressure measurement done .....

If viral infection there symptomatic management done ....
If pain is there analgesic can be given....

Take rest ...
If condition worsening then investigate with.....
/CBC / LFT / CRP etc....

Avoid stress....

Consult physician if needed for examination....
