How To Treat Nasal Congestion While On Otrivin And Saline Nasal Spray?
I use Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray when I have a cold because my congestion and nasal passages or so blocked I cannot sleep. The problem is the relief is temporary and the rebound congestion is even worse. I have been using a Saline nasal spray but the relief does not compare. How often can I use saline nasal spray and are their better solutions or remedies?

Saline Nasal spray wont be enough in moderate to severe congestion. In such case i use xylometazoline nasal drops or spray which you can get in otrivin brand itself.You can have a steam inhalation and have a cup of strong coffee which can give you a soothing effect. But if your nasal secretions are purulent then you might need antibiotics.Approach your doctor in such case.
