How To Treat Malignant Brain Tumor?

My father has a tumor on his brain the size of a golf ball a frozen section was done and it showed cancer, the doctors stated it is a very aggressive cell? does that mean it will metastasis what type of lifespan and what stage and what type of cancer is that.

It is serious.
Aggressive means It is malignant and high chance to metastasis.
It may be advanced stage.
Life span depend on type of brain cancer, size, location, age of patients.

You should go for treatment as early as possible at best available neurosurgeon
Following modalities of treatment is available
1. Best is surgery: partial and complete removal depend on size, type and location, It may be followed by
2. Radiation therapy
3. Chemotherapy: but side effects is high
4. Shunts to be put in brain to reduce intara cranial pressor.
