Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

As an Urologist, I can understand your friends' anxiety. Low sperm count can be corrected, if he sees an experienced Urologist. He'll need to get investigated and do certain tests like:

1. blood routine, creatinine, RBS, LFT and platelets.
2. semen routine after abstinence for minimum 3 days.

Exercises and eating healthy balanced diet is advisable, but not a cure. You may contact me for any doubts and get an expert opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Matthew J. Mangat
