How To Treat Leg And Ankle Twitch?
My son was in a bad motorcyle accident 5 years ago. He required surgery pins & plates in his right ankle & lower left arm, also his left knee had torn menicus, pins & plates for lower leg. At night when he is sleeping his leg OR ankle will twitch. Any idea? He is now 29, approx 140lbs.

It may be due to minor nerve injury caused by the accident. As of now you can take muscle relaxants like baclofen for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
