How To Treat Itchy Red Circle On The Back Of Left Shoulder?

I have a red circle on the back of my left shoulder. Its itchy and looks white in the middle like my skin color and has a perfect red circle around it. The size of a penny. The middle feels flat but the circle is a bump. Like a mosquito bite. Super itchy. I've been applying antifungal cream, I suspect its ringworm BUT its gettin bigger???
I've had it for about a week now

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Itchy, scaly, annular lesion, suggests to me that it is most likely a fungal infection over there (Tinea corporis).

I would ask you get a KOH wet mount from the scale, for a confirmatory diagnosis.

If KOH wet mount shows fungal elements, then you could apply a topical OTC antifungal cream e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily for 4-6 weeks.

An oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg once weekly for 4-6 weeks is also advisable for a confirmed fungal infection.

An OTC antihistamine e,g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help you in providing symptomatic relief from itching.

regards
