Hello Doc,
My baby is a preterm of 35 + 3 days,, He has laryngomalacia. my doc says he will be fine in an year ,,, is it really? what precautions should i take that he recovers well,,or should i let it go coolly? also, he was a TTTS recipient sole survivor...

I am reassuring that your doctor was right if it laryngomalacia. It is self limiting and will be gradually getting better as the age progresses. Sometimes it may take 1.5 to 2.5 years also to improve.
