How To Treat Horrible Pain In Roof Of Mouth Due To Small Cuts Down Throat?

Hello,
I woke up this morning with a horrible pain on the roof of my mouth. I asked my sister to take a look at it and she says it appears I have tiny hole like cuts in a line all the way from the front of my hard palette into the soft palette down the back of my throat. My mouth hurts so bad, I can barely eat. I was wondering if this is some kind of burn or allergic reaction of some kind and how I may treat it.

I have gone through your query regarding acute pain in mouth , and there are multiple small ulcers on palate from anterior to posterior end.

Your clinical history indicates towards acute stomatitis. You are advice to take-

1- Anti septic mouth wash.

2- Tab Paracetamol.

3- Boroglycerine locally.

4- Adequate fluid orally.
