How To Treat Headache,drowsiness With Stomach Pain?
My child aged 14 years got fever with headache one week back. Doc treated for viral. on 4th day he started having severe stomach ache and drowsiness, doc changed some medicine but now my son feeling very weak & stomachache persists. Doc has asked to get him tested for dengue, malaria. Also recommended dose of Rinisol capsule. What is this for ?

What your doctor is doing is perfect.If fever is continuing to 4th day and now experiencing stomach pain with drowsiness then dengue should be ruled out.Other causes could be enteric fever,UTI intestinal infection
