How To Treat Hair Loss?

I am 39 years old (male), weighing 62 kgs and my height is 5. ft , I have been experiencing great amount of hair loss from last 5 year or so. I am going bald day by day, mainly on the front side while on the back side, still i am having thick hair, please help

Androgenetic alopecia is a condition in which there is genetically determined patterned hair loss, manifesting as thinning of hair from the crown and vertex of the scalp and receding hair line.

Minoxidil and finasteride are US FDA approved for androgenetic alopecia

While topical minoxidil, is a non-specific hair growth promoter, finasteride Or Saw palmetto extract, which inhibits the enzyme 5-alpha reductase present in hair follicle outer root sheath, are specific to this kind of hair loss, targeting the underlying cause of hair thinning.
