ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You should consult an ENT specialist and get done Examination of the ear drum .
Also get done hearing tests - Pure tone Audiometry and Tympanometry to see for the level and type of hearing loss .
Then further management can be planned .
There could be fluid behind the ear, or there could be meneire disease -in which there is excess of fluid collection in the inner ear, or there could be nerve deafness.
You need to take proper treatment to prevent further damage to the hearing apparatus.
In doubt do reply
