How To Treat Eye Cylindrical Problem?
until school teacher complains about not clear of eye vision of my daughter of 5yrs , we wear not aware of this. This Monday (28-04-2014) after consulting the doctor we got shock by knowing that she has a distance vision problem (cylindrical problem) of -1.75 & -1.5 of right and left eye respectively on 180 degree axis.
Till that day to now her mother is crying that her daughter has to wear eyeglasses. Now we are seeking remedy for better vision and want to know whether this vision can be improve after some period of time or not

No need to worry, as it is a common problem seen in children.
The treatment is by wearing spectacles as she will be doping now.
The refractive error changes quiet rapidly hence she needs regular eye examination at least once in 6 months to 1 year. She needs to take diet rich in vitamin A. Once your daughter or reaches 21 years of age she can undergo refractive laser surgery like LASIK to avoid wearing of spectacles.
